A free national museum with a Vulcan, a TSR2 and a hands-on gallery. Cosford is easier than London with a car, and dog-friendly to boot. One of the best-value days out in the Midlands.
Our recommendation. Take a picnic for the green space between hangars. Fun 'n' Flight holds the under-8s.
